Business strategy - PAEX (Partners for Excellence)
Teknisa makes use of qualification programs that were set up with basis on the PAEX and were supervised by the Dom Cabral Foundation. This program is the result of a partnership between the DCF and a group of 74 mid-sized companies. By means of knowledge exchange, the companies implement solutions for improvement of their performance toward a self-sufficient growth. Woth an authentic methodoly, the PAEX aims at achieve concrete results for its partners.
Its administrators not only constantly discuss the most streamlined management concepts, but also put into practice management tools that make the organizations become more competitive and able to face the challenges of the market. The PAEX program counts on companies in Brazil and, in its international expansion, it already counts on partners from Chile and Paraguay.
It follows a 3 year-schedule and is supervised and controlled during this period by the consulting and auditing departments from the DCF, with a new business plan for the the next years. The program cover areas such as Budget Planning, Human Resources Planning, Marketing and Business Planning. All these serves the same time period and are supervised monthyl by the DCF.
Teknisa ensures it is efficient enough to support the market increase with the quality needed for the technology and services area.
Business Plan
Business Plan is the Teknisa's strategic business definition. It contains our goals and action plans for the next 5 years. Composed of all information about the company – products, clients, position in the market, innovations, strategic goals and other important points – the Business Plan is a document which contains our definitions and future plans towards the company organization, quality maintenance and optimization of our services. This action plan permits Teknisa to get a better vision of the business and define the best ways to go on without losing the focus.
Business-focused Strategy - SOFTEX
Our goal is to be the world's largest software developing company for the Food Service Sector in the next 3 years. Therefore, we capacitate resellers of our products throughout the Latin America. We count on staffs able to speak at least 2 languages. Presently, we are making researches on the american market in order to get into it and set up companies and resellers in this region.
Teknisa, as a participant awarded by the SOFTEX program - Sofware Excellence, counts with logistics and support of the program offices placed throughout the world to develop and implement our softwares abroad.

Teknisa took part in the ''Strategies on Software Business” event carried out by the All Invest in the European Software Institute, Spain. During the event, we contacted several local companies for TecFood Software representation. Took part in the event companies selected through criterias such as innovation and possibility of cooperation with Brazilian companies.
Currently, Teknis analyses some Portuguese and Spanish software companies in order to get into the European market by means of these these countries initially.
Our strategy of setting up resellers abroad will be based on the deep knowledge the companies of these countries have with regard to the local market. In Portugal, our representatives visited the Taguspark, a science and technology park located in the Great Lisbon, where 198 companies are settled and 98 of them are oriented to software development.
