The Brazilian Software Process Improvement project lasted 1 year and 2 months and was conducted by a work team formed by managers of our departments of Product, Requisite, Test, R&D and Quality.
Since the project required a culture change, the participation of the administrative department was an essential factor to achieving success, because everyone employed so much efforts to implement the new methodology.
With this project Teknisa aimed to optimize the work processes and, as a consequence, to achieve the certification. That led us to the G-level rating in 05/23/2007.
In 2009, Teknisa achieved the F-level rating in CMMI models.
