Business strategy - PAEX (Partners for Excellence)

Teknisa makes use of qualification programs that were set up based on PAEX and tracked by the Dom Cabral Foundation -which is one of the world's best schools in the executive education according to the ranking of the Fiancial Times- in partnership with a group of 74 mid-sized companies. By means of  a knowledge exchange, the companies implement solutions for the improvement of their performance toward the self-sufficient growth.

The PAEX program has an authentic methodology and is aimed at attaining concrete results for its partners. The administrators not only constantly discuss the most streamlined management concepts, but also put the management tools into practice for getting their organizations competitive and able to face the challenges of the market. The PAEX program counts on companies in Brazil and, in its international expansion, it already counts on  partners from Chile and Paraguay.

This program follows a 3 year-schedule and is tracked and controlled by the consulting and audit departments from Dom Cabral Foundation, being followed by a business plan for the the next years.  Other plans for areas such as Budget, Human Resources, Marketing and Business are also set up for the same time period and are controlled monthly. Teknisa ensures it is efficient enough to support the increase of the market with the quality required by the technology and services segment.

Business Plan

Business Plan is the strategic and business definition of Teknisa. It contains our goals and action plans for the next 5 years. Composed of all information about the company – products, clients, position in the market, innovations, strategic goals and other important points – the Business Plan is a document which contains the definitions and future plans that aim at the organization of the company, the maintenance of the quality and the optimization of the services rendered by Teknisa. With this action plan, Teknisa can keep focused on its business segment and define the best ways to go without losing its focus.

Business-focused Strategy - SOFTEX

Our goal is to be the largest software developing company in the world for enterprises in the Contract Food Service Sector in the next 3 years. Thus we count on staffs that dominate at least 2 languages and work during hours in which they can attend to almost all of the world's time zone. We have at our disposal the offices of this program all over the world, obtaining support and logistics for the development and implementation of our software abroad because Teknisa is an award winner of the excellence software program of the brazilian government.

Strategy for Exportation

Active Marketing

Teknisa took part in the ''Strategies on Software Business” event which occurred in the European Software Institute and was carried out by the All Invest in Spain, where we kept in touch with several local companies for representation of the TecFood Software. The participants of this event were selected through some criteria such as innovation and possibility of cooperation with the Brazilian companies.

Currently, we are analyzing some Portuguese and Spanish software companies in order to enter into the European market initially through these countries. Our strategy for setting up retail agents abroad is based on the profound initial knowledge of the companies located in the countries of our interest. For instance, in Portugal our representatives visited the Taguspark, a science and technology park located in Great Lisbon, where there are a total of 150 companies settled, in which 98 are oriented to software development.

Passive Marketing

The multinational companies in the food service industry that already do business with us in Latin America are the main source of advertising our products.
