The partnership with Microsoft provides Teknisa with support to the main tools in which the application layer is installed, such as the Windows O.S. (Operating System) and applications COM +, IIS, etc., besides other licenses of several Microsoft applications. The partnership with Oracle provides Teknisa with support to Oracle datawarehouse, which is installed in the 3rd layer and is responsible for data warehousing of all operating units.
