Teknisa created an implementation methodology that handles all stages of a project. It aims at establishing a standard of procedures through the definition of working methods in order to get positive results. In this methodology, it was possible to adapt to methods and procudures to conduce the project and, consequently, attain its success.
The PMI standard is used to manage the projects, covering all areas and permitting their succesfull conclusion by means of the PDCA cycle.
The adopted methodology includes three stages:
- Definition of a technical team: In this stage, the project manager is appointed. This professional is chosen according to the client's needs in order to ensure the best performance of the project.
- Statistics survey: In this stage, the client's business needs and priorities are analyzed.
- Elaboration and Execution of a work plan: the implementation proposals are presented for each department/process, activity and responsibilities.
This methodology has a strategy that focuses on processes, thus ensures:

- Involvement of few people;
- Low work load for administrative departments;
- Good involvement and communication between people;
- Integration of activities;
- Achievement of outcomes during the project and not only at its end;

His participation in the implementation process is essential because he/she and the client can both define the work execution plan. He/She is responsible for organizing, carring out the communication strategies, creating and managing the project plan.
Implementation Consultant
This professional teaches users and those who will in turn train other workers, watches the user while he/she practices the foreseen project plan activities, ensures information accuracy, besides giving all support and orientation about how to use the software.
Consultancy
